On September 29, 2016, the official partnership between the Rizal Quarry Academy, Inc. and TESDA-Rizal was realized through the execution of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) whereby technical courses under the curriculum of TESDA such as welding and the like and deemed suitable under the objective and purposes of the RQAI would be taught in the RQAI building under the direct supervision and certification by the TESDA provincial office. RQAI on their part, shall provide facilities, logistics, supplies and materials for each course to offered free of charge to eligible candidates. 



The MOA signing was signed in the presence of RQAI Officials led by its President and Chairman of the Board, MGB IV-A Regional Director Samuel T. Paragas and TESDA-Rizal Provincial Director Ms. Velma Salazar. The initial course offering is on welding, in particular the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAC) NC-1. In this regard, twenty-five scholarship slots have been offered to the would-be trainees who are willing to be trained and certified by TESDA. The lucky
candidates would not only spend nothing but would also be assured of job placement once he/she has completed the world class training by TESDA. The tentative class opening is already scheduled on the second week of October 2016.
